Terms and Conditions of the Site

The following terms and conditions regulate access to and use of www.onionlab.com, owned by the company Onionlab, S.L., with registered office at C/ Pere IV, 29-35 6-7 08018 Barcelona and CIF B64818032. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

2.1. These General Conditions (“General Conditions”) regulate access, browsing, and use of the websites under the domain “onionlab.com” (the “Website”).

2.2. It shall be understood that access to or mere use of the Website by the User implies their adherence to the General Conditions that Onionlab has published each time they access the Website. Consequently, the User must carefully read these General Conditions.

In this sense, the term “User” shall refer to the person who accesses, browses, uses, or participates in the services and activities, free or paid, developed on the Website.

 

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1. ONIONLAB owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website and is also the owner or has the corresponding license on the intellectual, industrial, and image rights of the content available through it.

3.2. It is also prohibited to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, make second or subsequent publications, upload files, send by mail, transmit, use, process, or distribute in any way all or part of the content included on the Website for public or commercial purposes, without the express and written authorization of ONIONLAB or, where appropriate, the holder of the corresponding rights.

 

USE OF THE WEBSITE

4.1. If for the use and/or contracting of a service on the Website, the User should proceed to register, they shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. If, as a result of the registration, the User is provided with a password, they undertake to use it diligently and to keep the password confidential to access these services.
