Mission: Impossible
-
We had the opportunity to collaborate on the new movie Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. As part of this monumental project, Onionlab brought its expertise in mapping production to create a projection for the facade of the Palazzo Ducale in Venice, as well as various other visuals for different scenes.
- In an exciting endeavor, blending our pieces with cinema, Onionlab takes pride in having collaborated on one of the most iconic film franchises in history, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. This unique opportunity allowed us to bring our experience in audiovisual mapping production to create an unforgettable visual experience.
As part of this project, Onionlab undertook the challenge of bringing immersive art and 3D mapping to the big screen. Our artistic vision merged with the cinematic universe of Mission: Impossible, resulting in this exceptional collaboration.
- We adapted cutting-edge artistic work to the imposing facade of Palazzo Ducale in Venice, transforming the historic building into a living canvas where the boundaries between art and architecture blur.
Audiovisual mapping has become a pivotal tool in various domains such as events, culture, or retail. This technology enables the creation of captivating visual worlds that enrich narratives and immerse audiences in new emotional dimensions.
- At Onionlab, we understand the importance of infusing art into film productions, enhancing scenes with visual elements that challenge perception and add layers of depth to the story.
- Our involvement in Mission: Impossible 7 extended beyond the Palazzo Ducale facade. We tirelessly worked on creating diverse visual projections that complemented different scenes of the movie. From captivating interiors to action-packed sequences, our team strived to craft visuals that elevated the movie experience.
- We are thrilled to witness how our visual creations came to life in a Hollywood production, and how our mapping techniques turned architecture into a medium of artistic expression.
- Our participation in Mission: Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One was a perfect showcase of the fusion between art, technology, and narrative. We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this production and will continue exploring new ways to bring our creativity to the world of cinema.
